Results of the project MOMentum 1 – Methodology of education in game mode with the use of roles

The outcome of the MOMentum 1 project consists of a gamified role-playing learning methodology.

In all partner countries, research was conducted on the topic of maternal entrepreneurship. This resulted in many topics such as:
1. Mothers’ position in the labour market or their working conditions and maternity leave compensation;
2. The state of vocational education and training that enables mothers to acquire knowledge, skills and certifications.
3. Entrepreneurship, both knowledge acquisition and practical business management

From these researches, a jointly developed methodology emerged based on the needs of the target group identified during the national research processes. In this regard, relevant, updated information was gathered regarding the main objective of MOMentum.

The final methodology is a transnational data collection with country-specific indicators that will enable the MOMentum partners to come up with targeted tailor-made solutions to help mothers on their entrepreneurial journey in the next phases of the project implementation.
