On the 12th of November 2020, a kick-off meeting of a new, IRR-led BEHIND SEXTING project was held online, gathering representatives of all the 7 partners involved.
We had a chance to meet all representatives of the partner countries involved in the project, even though only via online platform due to the covid-19 pandemic. The meeting went indeed very well and we are looking forward to start working on the first intellectual output.
The aim of the first output is to develop and administer a questionnaire to students aged 10-19, their parents, tutors, and educators. Via this survey, the experiences and knowledge gaps concerning the phenomenon of sexting in all participating countries can be identified.
Main aim of the project is to raise awareness about the risks of sexting and to encourage intergenerational critical discussion abound sexting. Moreover, the project aims for the creation of an open educational and innovative methodology based on a definition of a digital sex education’s path for students aged 10-19 attending secondary school, their parents and teachers.
