Work Packages

Topic : Methodological Content EN

To achieve its objectives, the HELP project is organized into several Work Packages. Each Work Package focuses on a different part of the project, giving us a clearer picture of the different stages in the project’s progress.

WP1 : Project Management

It ensures the quality of the implementation of the various activities. This work package will be active throughout the project.

WP2 : Consumer needs assessment and strategy

We are committed to understanding the real challenges faced by people in debt by collecting insights from consumers and key stakeholders like judges, lawyers, and social services. This helps us identify obstacles and gaps in the current support system. Together with experts from Charles University and ACAC’s legal team, we are analyzing debt relief measures and legislative proposals to ensure they truly benefit those in need. Our goal is to equip advisors with the latest knowledge, empowering them to guide people through financial challenges with clarity and confidence.

WP3 : Providing debt advice

The HELP Project ensures accessible and effective debt advising through both in-person and online support, providing free, confidential, and personalized guidance. Its web application allows clients to submit questions, choose advising centers, and receive prompt online responses, with in-person consultations available for complex cases. The platform is flexible and even supports anonymous inquiries. To guarantee quality service, HELP Project organizes workshops that enhance advisors’ skills in legislation, debt resolution, and consumer rights, backed by hands-on training. This structured approach strengthens community support, boosts financial resilience, and empowers individuals to regain control over their finances.

WP4 : Innovative outreach initiatives

It focuses on educating, connecting, and empowering communities in debt advising and financial literacy. To achieve this, seven seminars will be held across the Czech Republic, uniting public administrators, non-profits, teachers, and citizens facing financial challenges. These events aim to share experiences, exchange best practices, and influence social policies. Insights gathered will be widely shared with advisors, public officials, and communities to extend their impact. Outreach will be strengthened through real-life stories, practical tips, Q&A articles, brochures, and press releases, making financial literacy accessible and engaging.
