Kick-Off Meeting

On April 17th, 2025, the Kick-off Meeting of the HELP project was held in Prague, Czech Republic, officially launching this vital new initiative focused on financial literacy and debt awareness. Hosted by the Association of Citizens’ Advice Centres (ACAC), the meeting gathered all partners for the first time, marking the start of a collaborative journey toward empowering citizens through informed financial decisions.

The KOM served as a strategic alignment point for the consortium, bringing clarity to shared objectives, the implementation timeline, and the roles of each stakeholder. Discussions centred around the structure and responsibilities across four Work Packages (WP1–WP4), including coordination tools, reporting mechanisms, communication strategies, and project deliverables.

Throughout the day, partners actively contributed by presenting their roles and activities, with a shared focus on creating accessible, educational tools and outreach strategies that can reduce financial vulnerability. Sessions also addressed budget planning, milestone tracking, and how to maintain coherence across organisations and workstreams.

The Kick-off Meeting concluded with a strong sense of unity and purpose. Partners left Prague energised to begin building lasting solutions for financial empowerment. With a committed team and clear roadmap, HELP is now fully underway.
