Introduction

The project is in its final stages and we can congratulate ourselves on the successful implementation of the activities and outputs that have been successfully tested in all engaged countries.

Based on the feedback from the participants of the developed "action learning" courses, we can confirm that we have met our commitment of a minimum of 70% positive feedback from the total number of satisfaction surveys received.

The project was officially closed with a final conference / dissemination event, which we organized on 14.9.2022 in Prague. The purpose of the project, what steps led to the creation of methodologies for teachers in the identification of at-risk students and conducting practically oriented workshops were presented. At the end of the conference our technological exeperts presented the content of the courses in 3 selected technologies (VR/AR, Robotics, 3D printing).

Now, it is a right time to thank all the project partners behind the implementation of the project and all the primary schools that allowed us to test the specific methodologies. We hope that we will be able to build on this initiative in the near future.

Sincerely,

the team of the Institute for Regional Development

Last meeting of the project partners in Prague

On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, we organized the final meeting of all project experts in Prague, symbolically in the Scout Institute, which is also dedicated to youth as well as the PONTAL project.

During the meeting, we checked with the partners whether all the project outputs and objectives were met, whether all the project promotional activities were carried out in order and at the same time we prepared together with the partners for the final project conference, which took place the following day in Prague, where the project stakeholders were invited.

Most of the foreign colleagues were visiting Prague for the first time, so we also prepared a guided tour after the meeting and they did not miss a common dinner with traditional Czech cuisine.

PONTAL Final Conference, Prague

In cooperation with foreign partners from Lithuania and Italy, the Barrandov Secondary School and the Scout Institute, we organized the final conference of the project, the day after the project meeting of all foreign partners.

During the conference, the participants (representatives of primary school teachers, primary school students, school principals, heads of education departments in Prague city districts and representatives of non-profit organizations working with youth) learned answers to the following questions:

1. Why was the project created?
2. With what aim?
3. What were we able to create/process in the project?
4. How is the project innovative?
5. How did it help the target group?

Last but not least, the representatives of the organisations gained inspiration in case they would like to participate in similar projects co-funded by the popular Erasmus+ grant programme, which until now they knew only as a tool for funding student or teacher mobility.
